Your current tile can only be refinished if the wall behind the tile doesn't have water damage.

If any of the tiles move or are loose, it means that the old sheetrock wall (behind the tile) has begun to breakdown from water damage.

We will not refinish tile if this is the case, and everything must be replaced with modern waterproof backing materials.
